Take 5 Oil Change

Journey a month ago

Julio was great! He checked the filters, coolant, and windshield wipers on my car without prompting. He also let me know the differences between options and was very friendly! Loved trading stories about our pets to pass the time while the car was being worked on. They also offered me a bottle of water for the heat while I was in my car which was very appreciated. I always use the location on Briarcrest and they've been great and friendly everytime, highly recommend.

* Strongly recommend this location* Andrew’s professionalism and attentiveness were stellar. I highly recommend getting your oil change done at this location if you want quick and high quality service. Andrew made for an exceptional experience and even these words scrape the surface of how much of a wonderful job he did. Take 5 is lucky to have people like him!

The guys here did a great job. Took mine and my husbands car here for oil changes. When they drained my husbands oil they found out last time he got an oil change the Take 5 in Bryan (Texas ave) put 8qts of oil when he only needed 5. Service was fast and efficient.

I've been coming to this Take 5 location for years and the guys that work here really do go above and beyond. They are kind, informed, and quick! I was greeted with a cold bottle of water while I waited for a bay to open up, such a nice touch. Then, I had to use the restroom inside and they made sure to mop up the floor so I wouldn't slip. I'm currently 8 months pregnant so that was much appreciated. I will continue to come here and get my car serviced -- thank you Take 5 on Briarcrest!

I tried to get a quick oil change on my lunch break. 40 minutes later, my lunch was over and late getting back to work. They were definitely not in a hurry to service my car. I've used y'all for years, but gonna shop around now for a different place. So I went back this July - 07/26. They are high-pressure, fear-mongering, targeting women. Then tried to gaslight me an lie to my face. I will be shopping for another place.
